here's a situation... would you stay at your current job coz you love it OR leave it due to monetary dissatisfaction? to me, i always say money is not always important. i know.. ppl says i'm a silly cow or that i'm rich (which i'm not!). but then, sometimes, it is a great motivation. at least you feel appreciated. in a different way. no appreciation like 'thanks for the great work done' but thanking with money is hmm... works well too. that is the thing. once is ok i guess but again?!?! more than a year without increment!! that makes one feel rather inadequate in work or something or simply to put it - 'boh song'. sorry, i'm not too sure what's the translation for that. any help?? neway what say you on this?

well, if you like the company.. and they're treating you well, stay!.. coz i think its really hard to find a place that you actually enjoy working in.
however, if it comes to the point that you're not getting any pay increase, you probably need to re-evaluate your priorities. whether you'd rather find somewhere less happy but pay more.. or stay and earn less.
second option easier if supplemented with a rich husband / wife. haha
